Our Second Hand Program allows you to return clothes purchased new, once used, within 12 months of your purchase. This turnkey program allows you to save even more on your next purchases while relieving you of all the reselling steps. We take care of refurbishing your batch, revaluing it, and giving it a second life!

Second-hand program

In exchange for your clothes, we offer you store credit for your next purchase of new or used clothing.

  • 30% credit on resale value

    Your lot contains mostly resalable clothing, but it is generally not in perfect condition. For example, the lot contains several stained garments, fabrics that are limp and noticeably worn.

  • 35% credit on the resale value

    Your lot is generally in good condition. Some items have more noticeable wear and tear, and some refurbishment work is required (stains, moss, ironing, etc.).

  • 40% credit on resale value

    Your item is in perfect condition and looks almost new. Your clothing has been carefully cared for and has maintained its impeccable appearance. Our team will require very little refurbishment work.

Selection criteria

Submitted clothing must be in a condition suitable for resale. We accept clothing with normal wear and tear that has been well-cared for! To facilitate the selection of your clothing, here are the criteria we have established:

  • High-end brands, known for their quality and durability (Quincy Mae, Rylee + Cru, Nopipes, Mayoral, Wheat, Patagonia, Noralee, etc.)
  • Superior quality fabrics (organic cotton, bamboo, quality knitwear, etc.)
  • Normal wear and tear that can be revalorized (slight pilling, wrinkled fabrics, etc.)
  • We refuse clothing with permanent stains and visible holes
  • We avoid fast fashion brands such as Carter's, Old Navy, George's (Walmart), etc.

To submit your lot, upload one or more photos of the garments and fill out the contact form, including a short description of the garments (size, brand, etc.) and their condition in the comments.
