At Chou, we've made it our mission to slow down fast fashion, one wardrobe at a time. While our little ones grow at an incredible rate, clothes that no longer fit pile up. Sometimes, these clothes are even new or have only been worn once. Our Second-Hand Program offers you the possibility to return your clothes purchased new, once worn, within 12 months of your purchase, as well as treasures purchased from other stores, still in perfect condition. This turnkey program allows you to save significantly and free yourself from all the steps of reselling. We take care of refurbishing your clothes, revaluing them, and giving them a second life!

How does it work?

  • 1. Keep the delivery bag

    When you receive your order, keep your delivery bag. It can be reused for returns thanks to its double adhesive strip. A more economical and ecological option!

  • 2. Submit your return

    When your child outgrows their clothes, submit a return request using the form by clicking the button below or by visiting the "Submit your bundle" section of the website. Once your request is received, we will send you an approval and a return label (50/50 cost sharing) within 7 days. Only bundles in resalable condition will be accepted.

  • 3. Send your clothes

    Return your clothes to us in the delivery bag with the return label previously received by email. Once we have received your batch, our team will evaluate it to check its general condition, identify any permanent stains, holes, etc. This step can take up to 15 business days after receipt.

  • 4. Save money

    Once your lot has been evaluated and approved, you will receive a store credit via email equivalent to 40% of the resale value of your clothes. This credit can be used on all new or pre-owned clothing in the store.
