Our Second-Hand Program allows you to return your used, new item to us within 12 months of your purchase. This turnkey program allows you to save between 25% and 40% on your next item while relieving you of all the steps involved in reselling. We take care of refurbishing your item, reusing it, and giving it a second life!

We also accept clothing lots that weren't purchased on the platform. We've established certain selection criteria to maintain our quality standards. Only clothing that meets these criteria will be accepted. Entrust us with the resale of your loved one's clothes and save on your purchase!

In exchange for your lot, we offer you a discount on your next purchase of a new or used lot.

  • 25% discount

    Your lot contains mostly resalable clothing, but it is generally not in perfect condition. For example, the lot contains several stained garments, fabrics that are limp and noticeably worn.

  • 30% discount

    Your lot is generally in good condition. Some items have more noticeable wear and tear, and some refurbishment work is required (stains, moss, ironing, etc.).

  • 40% discount

    Your item is in perfect condition and looks almost new. Your clothing has been carefully cared for and has maintained its impeccable appearance. Our team will require very little refurbishment work.

Selection criteria

Submitted garments must be in a suitable condition for resale. We accept garments with normal wear and tear that have been well cared for! To make it easier to select your garments, here are the criteria we have established:

  • High-end brands, recognized for their quality and durability (Quincy Mae, Rylee + Cru, Nopipes, Mayoral, Bajoue, Petites natures, etc.)
  • High quality fabrics (organic cotton, bamboo, quality knit, etc.)
  • Normal wear and tear that can be revalued (small dents, creased fabrics, etc.)
  • We avoid clothes with permanent stains and visible holes
  • We avoid fast fashion brands like Carter's, Old Navy, George's (Walmart), etc.

To submit your lot, upload one or more photos of the clothing and fill out the contact form, including a short description of the clothing and its condition in the comments.
