What are the delivery costs?
Shipping is free on orders over $100. For orders under $100, the applicable fee is $9.99.
What is the return policy?
Return policy
We accept all returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the sales tag is still present and the items are intact and have not been worn or washed. Our team reserves the right to refuse a refund if the condition of the returned merchandise does not meet the above criteria.
Shipping fees, if applicable, will not be refunded. The delivery method for your return is at your discretion, as are the costs incurred. Approval from a member of our team must be obtained before returning your package to us.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return and exchange procedure
Email info@chouclub.com with your electronic invoice and the reason for your return. Confirm that all items have their original tags and are in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed.
Once approved, return your merchandise to the address provided when your return was approved. Upon receipt of your package, the merchandise will be inspected to ensure it is in resalable condition before issuing a refund. If, for any reason, the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging or is no longer resalable, a fee may be deducted from the refund amount or the return may be refused. Reshipping fees apply.
Exchange Processing Policy
For an exchange, it is treated as a return. You will need to return your merchandise to us and then make a new purchase. Mail-in returns are at your expense, and you must obtain approval from a member of our team before returning your package by mail. We will then refund the original purchase upon receipt and inspection of your package.

How does the second-hand program work?
We offer you the opportunity to exchange your used item for a valuable credit toward a new or used item from the store. All clothing is carefully selected and refurbished by our team. To submit your item, go to the "Submit a Item" section.
Why can't I find a product I saw on the website?
Items that are no longer available in stock are automatically removed from the online store. Lots are available in very limited quantities, sometimes only a single item. We encourage you to sign up for the Club newsletter, which ensures you'll be the first to know about new items.
