At Chou, we've made it our mission to slow down fast fashion , one batch at a time. While our little ones are growing up at breakneck speed, clothes that no longer fit are piling up. Sometimes, these clothes are even new or have only been worn once. Our Second-Hand Program offers you the opportunity to return your new, used batch to us within 12 months of your purchase. This turnkey program allows you to save significantly and relieves you of all the steps of resale. We take care of refurbishing your batch, revaluing it and giving it a second life!

How does it work?

  • 1. Keep the delivery bag

    When you receive your parcel, keep your delivery bag. Its double-sided adhesive strip can be reused when returning it. A more economical and environmentally friendly option!

  • 2. Submit your return

    When your bundle no longer fits your baby, submit a return request using the form by clicking the button below or by going to the "Submit your bundle" section of the website. Once your request is received, we will send you an approval and a return label at our expense within 7 days. Only bundles in resalable condition will be accepted.

  • 3. Return your lot

    Return your lot to us in the delivery bag with the return label previously received by email. Once we have received your lot, our team will evaluate it to check the general condition, identify if it has permanent stains, holes, etc. All pre-approved lots will be accepted . This step can be done up to 7 business days after receipt.

  • 4. Save money

    Once your lot has been evaluated, you will receive a single-use code by email offering you a discount of between 25% and 40% on the purchase of another new or used lot. The discount percentage will be determined by the condition of your lot: 40% for used lots in perfect condition, 30% for used lots in good condition, and 25% for used lots with imperfect clothing.

We also accept clothing lots that weren't purchased on the platform. We've established certain selection criteria to maintain our quality standards. Only clothing that meets these criteria will be accepted. Entrust us with the resale of your loved one's clothes and save on your purchase!
